Ovington Boats are proud to have a recognised, accredited apprentice program run in conjunction with EAL (EMTA Awards Limited) who have been providing superior vocational qualifications & apprenticeship components developed to the highest technical standards.

We have an annual intake & develop our apprentices to understand the quality requirements required to make superior quality boats. Our internal appraisal system ensures all staff are annually assessed making sure we maintain & improve on our high standards.
