When we say we, us or our in this privacy notice, we mean Ovington Boats Limited, a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 03366419 and whose registered office is at Tanners Bank, North Shields, Tyne and Wear, NE30 1JH.

We also use Opayo, a payment gateway, to process payments through our website. International data transfers outside the United Kingdom
