ILCA XD Block Plate with harken blocks. This stainless steel ILCA XD block plate comes branded with the ILCA trade mark and is fitted to the deck at the base of the mast for you to attach blocks for your outhaul and cunningham control lines. The plate is supplied with the 16mm harken blocks.
